Returns are easy. Please contact a Customer Service representative at 866-285-3959,  or e-mail us at: custserv@ntepartsdirect.com to obtain an RMA ( Return Material Authorization ) number prior to returning a Product(s)

For all returns not relating to manufacturers's warranties, returns must be made within 30 days of purchase, be accompanied by a copy of the original paperwork, include a brief description of the reason for the return, and be in the original packaging and in resaleable condition.
Return freight charge must be prepaid.
Products returned solely due to customer error may be subject to a 15% restocking charge.

When you’re ready to make the return simply mark the RA number on the outside of the box, and include a copy of the packing list that you received with your merchandise.

Returns and exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of the time of purchase. Refunds are issued according to the method of payment used for the original purchase. Please enclose your packing slip and unused merchandise in like-new condition, in the original packaging and mail the package back INSURED (paid by customer) to the address shown in the Contact Us link below.

A receipt or packing slip must accompany all returns and exchanges.

Please allow a minimum of 14 days to receive and process your return or exchange. We will refund the value of the merchandise total and any taxes you were charged. If you are making an exchange, please make sure to clearly indicate the item you wish to receive in place of the returned merchandise, including full product name, and item number. We may contact you if there are any questions regarding the item you wish to receive. Upon exchange, we will refund the value of the item returned including tax if the total is more than the total of the item you are receiving in exchange. For exchanged merchandise that costs more, your credit card will be charged for the difference. We're sorry, shipping charges cannot be refunded unless the return is a result of our error or has been damaged in shipping.
