Cut-off time for same day shipping is 4 PM EST, Monday-Friday. If your order is placed after this time, it will be entered and shipped out the following day. We are closed on Saturdays & Sundays.

*Orders that have a US PO Box ship-to address can only go FedEx Smartpost.

*Please note - NTEPartsDirect does ship to Puerto Rico, but only through FedEx Smartpost (Standard option) or FedEx 2-Day. Orders cannot be shipped FedEx Standard Overnight.
